Returning Items

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to Luggage Pros for a refund within 30 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. You must call 1-800-595-5456 or email returns@luggagepros.com to obtain a return authorization number*. Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.

*We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized items and items sent without an RMA number.
